Professional Biography

Dr. Romine handles all skin problems ranging from the most common such as acne, warts, psoriasis, and eczema, to the most unusual skin disorders. She also performs surgical procedures, including the removal of moles, warts and other skin tumors and growths. Her surgical procedures include freezing (cryosurgery) as well as the typical excision of lesions. Patch testing is performed for suspected contact dermatitis. Dr. Romine’s practice is dedicated to patient education and she and her staff thoroughly explain each diagnosis. A recommendation is presented along with all of the risks and alternative treatment options. Educational resources such as pamphlets, brochures and DVD’s are provided. Dr. Romine encourages your questions and concerns and assures you they will be answered with candor and compassion.

Professional Biography:

Molly handles all skin problems ranging from the most common such as acne, warts, eczema and psoriasis to the more complex skin diseases. She also performs surgical procedures including removal of moles, warts, skin cancers and other growths on the body.

Molly is a native of Omaha Nebraska where she attended Creighton University and played collegiate soccer on an athletic scholarship.  She then moved to Milwaukee to attend PA school and obtained a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.

Molly moved to the valley in 2005 with her husband Jeff. They enjoy spending time with their family here in town and running and hiking in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

Professional Biography:

Jaime was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended Nicholls State University on an academic scholarship and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Jaime gained valuable experience while working in Dermatology before moving to Arizona in 2009 to begin the Physician Assistant Program at Midwestern University. Here she received her Masters of Medical Science and met her fiancé Luke. Jaime and Luke now live in Scottsdale and enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Reilly Hartman, CMLT

Reilly Hartman has been a laser technician since 2001. Reilly is certified as a medical laser technician and maintains her certification with the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency.

Reilly has worked extensively with IPL photofacial systems for treatment of various forms of sun damage and skin rejuvenation. She achieves outstanding results with laser hair removal and vein removal. Reilly has been trained and certified by Cutera to work with the Xeo Coolglide system and by DUSA to perform Photodynamic therapy for Actinic Keratosis and acne.

Most recently Reilly has added the Isolaz acne treatment to the list of services she offers to patients at Camelback Dermatology. In an effort to build experience and knowledge, Reilly attends many workshops that include hands on training. Adrea Maher, L.E

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at Arizona State University, Adrea decided to pursue her passion and return to school at D’Armi Aesthetics in Scottsdale, AZ to become a licensed aesthetician.

Adrea has been a member of the team at Camelback Dermatology since 2005. She has advanced training in chemical peels, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, as well as certifications in many skincare lines, including Obagi, PCA, and Glytone. Ongoing training programs are part of Adrea’s continuing education, which allows her to stay up to date with the cutting edge of skincare techniques.

Adrea is knowledgeable on all cosmetic procedures the office offers. She works hand in hand with Dr. Romine to develop a personalized treatment plan to help you obtain and maintain healthy, beautiful skin. Keri Hespelt, L.E

Keri Hespelt has been a licensed Medical Aesthetician since 2005, earning her license from National Aesthetics of Scottsdale. She is qualified to perform microdermabrasion, advanced chemical peels, dermaplaning and acne treatments including Isolaz.

Keri enjoys working very closely with Dr. Romine integrating cosmetic procedures with aesthetic treatments to customize each patient’s skincare needs. Keri graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys hiking and many other outdoor activities. Having lived in Arizona for eighteen years, she realizes the importance of protecting skin from the sun. Her warm sense of humor and friendly smile has a way of making each patient feel comfortable. Kim Hendricks, CPC

Kim has been a member of the Camelback Dermatology & Skin Surgery team since 2003. She received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa, and in 2002, became a certified member of the American Association of Professional Coders.

Kim performs all day to day billing functions for our practice, including claims submission, payment posting, claims follow-up, and patient statements. By attending ongoing seminars and workshops, and subscribing to various publications, Kim stays current with medical coding and billing issues. Her background includes administrative positions within the insurance industry as well as private physician practices.

The doctor is the author of numerous publications and presentations to the American Academy of Dermatology in fields of Dermatology and Surgery.
